Yesterday I met a friend of mine in Bochum to check out the Handmade fair / exhibition which was not held for the first time in Bochum, a neighboring city to my current home town. These Handmade fairs seem to be some kind of francise, at least they take place in several German cities yearly.
I was feeling sorry for myself being so caught up in everything else other than blogging something new, and started looking through old blog posts of mine. And I noticed there were some I hadn't published yet! Yay! I can have knitting content while I still procrastinate taking pictures of my newest knits!
Ok, I'm aware that's not necessarily a good thing, but what the hey, look at this cute baby vest I knit a while ago!
I am still alive... the setting up of the new place is more of a hassle as we thought originally. But now most of it seems to be in place, so we can slowly move the books from the cartons to the selves!
I actually blocked a piece of my knitting today and I am looking forward to sharing it with all of you. Please bear with me!
Oh my, where do the weeks fly? Our place is still full of boxes, but there's also a sofa now and since yesterday I even have a desk. Slowly, oh so slowly it's starting to resemble a home! I still haven't found the batteries for my camera, so instead of my recent knits I'll discuss the newest Knitty!
And so do I, and the rest of my stuff as well (and the husband, too). Boy was it hard but it's all in the new place now, and lots of it is already on it's new, final place.
I am still missing a desk and a chair. Actually, there aren't many sitting possibilities there yet, so the knitting will probably still be very little until I get some possibility to sit comfortably at home!
So please bear with me for a little longer for the knitting content to resume!
