So, for the Sukkasato  knitalong there's finally something finished to show in - the children's lace socks (which I call Pretty socks - you can see what I mean) plus a teeny weeny pair of preemie socks for the German ongoing charity project at www.fruehchenstricken.de. I have to say that ball of Regia has been plentiful - three pairs of socks from one ball!

Next, some things I'm working on for Christmas and birthday presents for my family. So if you are family - don't look!

So,here we have the Hedera socks which are for my mum, either for Christmas or her birthday in November. I'm really liking the outcome, and have pretty much managed to memorize the repeat order now, so it's not taking so long as it did in the beginning.

Also I have made some cabled mitts for my sister in Noro Kureyon. I had just a bit of Noro left, so I made them quite short and the cables very close to another, but I think it's working fine that way. As an extra the tight cables formed what looks like a ruffle at the cuff. I like it, and I think my sister will too.

Yllä on äidilleni Hedera-sukkien alkua, ja siskolleni kämmekkäät jouluksi. Tästä se lähtee!
